In this episode, we talk to Toke Moeller who is one of the founders of the Art of Hosting (AoH).
Over the last 25 years AoH has spread around the world and grown to being practised in companies, villages, Universities, schools, the EU ministries, families - and countless other contexts. Art of Hosting is a way to lead, design, host and harvest events that are inclusive, supportive and most importantly offer a space for conversations, learning and working together on what matters to us at the deepest level.

Much of what we need we already have. If we find peace with ourselves it will help us led a fulfilling life without over-consumption
To develop a culture of peace we need to find a practice. This practice does not have to be only kind and gentle. A culture of peace needs defending.
This is where the practitioner comes in: not just the practice but the intent of the practitioner.
